Symptoms

On : 2.3.0.2.0 version, Web Workspace


With Wildcard Before and After and Case Insensitive are active.
We have a customer name "Vesile,...".

Searching for "ves" returns expected results.   Searching for "vesi" returns nothing.

Case-insentive searches should behave the same regardless of language used.


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Do a case-insensitive customer search using Turkish characters.
2. The results will not match expectations
