Item Has No Changes But the Changes Tab Has Dot (Has Pending Change Indicator) (Doc ID 2716149.1)

Symptoms

Actual Behavior

An Item has no pending changes but the Changes tab has dot ('Has Pending Change' indicator). The issue is happening for specific Item only

Expected Behavior

An Item with no pending changes not to have a dot ('Has Pending Change' indicator) on Changes tab

Steps

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log into Web Client
2. Search and open the problem Item
3. Go to Changes tab. Do not see any pending changes in the table row but can see a dot ('Has Pending Change' indicator)
