Symptoms
On systems with Database Version 12.2.x and higher, when combined with Oracle Advanced Supply Chain Planning
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Refresh Collection Snapshots taking longer to complete post upgrade to database 19c.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect RCS to complete in less than 30 mins which was the case prior to the upgrade.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Enter the application.
2. Launch VCP complete refresh data collections.
3. See the above behaviour.
