Symptoms

When attempting to upload or get files in Agile Web Client the following error occurs in Web Client.

ERROR

Your Preferred File Manager is not accessible. Please contact the system administrator.

 

The below error is observed in the application server log file which is located under [Agile home]\agileDomain\servers\[agile_xxx]\logs\stdout.log 


STEPS

  1. Login to Web Client
  2. Open object > Attachments tab
  3. Click 'Add' or 'Get' file
