Symptoms

After running Static Deterministic or Dynamic for Swaps Portfolio product, found current position(Result Type Cd 0), Financial Element (FE) 60 - Beginning Balance does not tally with Financial Element 660 - Gap Runoff across all buckets.

Steps To Replicate:
1. Ran Static or Dynamic process.
2. Review Scenario 1 and Result Type 0 and, found variance below. The expectation is the two values should match.

First Bucket FE 60 =1627293704531.77
Sum of FE 660 = 1624755010942.95
