Symptoms
Issue - When generating a UT for a US that bills off of peak demand, the UT portal crashes when the interval curve is flat.
Cannot expand SQ highlight Date/Time List in Usage Transaction screen when the usage curve is flat. Setting the “Include Final Values Highlighting” to No resolves this issue when the curve is flat. However, SQ highlight Date/Time List is not populated when the curve is not flat.
