The following PMDA ICSR validation error appears when viewing nullification report.

Other validation : J2.1b - MHLWADMICSRCASENUMB
1. Several PMDA E2B have been already submitted from the case.
(For example, initial E2B and the follow-up report, or initial E2B received error ACK and re-submit initial E2B etc)
2. Unlock the case as significant info
3. Update the case data
4. Schedule the nullification report
5. View the nullification report
