Goal

Sensus Commission Command - D6-MeterAddNotification GPS Point issue

For a requirement to send GPS coordinates to Sensus headend as a part of commission command. The base command does not support sending GPS on the command, so we customized the command to add latitude and longitude. The issue is Field D6_LATITUDE and D6_LONGITUDE are defined as 0 Scale and Sign is not allowed. So it causes an error on populating outbound message.

GPS Latitude and Longitude values can contain decimal values and allow negative sign. So D6_LATITUDE and D6_LONGITUDE should also allow decimal values and allow negative sign.
