MCP Hangs When Viewing Activity After Installing MWM 2.3 SP3 Rollup 2 And Patch 31786316 (Doc ID 2717526.1)

Goal

After successfully installing and testing MWM v2.3 SP3 with rollup 2 in a Dev system, customer installed the same in Test environment and also installed patch 31786316: COPY OF 30218293 - USER CANNOT LOGON TO MWM AND START SHIFT for an issue where the MCP hangs during log on.  Customer is able to log on and dispatch activities.  However, as soon as an activity is selected from the Task List to be viewed, the order screen does not render correctly and the app hangs.  This occurred with multiple users using both Windows and Chrome.  The app can be closed down and restarted, but the issue returns when selecting an activity to start working on it.

Based on the error logs, programmers think this issue may be related to how closing tags are set in the html of mobile components. Please see below.
