pin_ctl: service <eai_js> is NOT running (Doc ID 2717621.1)

Goal

After completed the installation of Billing and Revenue Management (BRM) 7.5 Patch Set 23, when trying to start BRM processes with pin_ctl command, the eai_js is the only one that did not start.

[rmsuser:/opt/SP/rms/rmsuser/opt/portal/7.5/setup/scripts]$ pin_ctl status all
pin_ctl: service <dm_oracle> [19465] is running
pin_ctl: service <dm_eai> [19555] is running
pin_ctl: service <dm_ifw_sync> [19580] is running
pin_ctl: service <dm_aq> [19635] is running
pin_ctl: service [19689] is running
pin_ctl: service <eai_js> is NOT running
pin_ctl: service <rel_daemon> [19968] is running
[rmsuser:/opt/SP/rms/rmsuser/opt/portal/7.5/setup/scripts]$ pin_ctl start eai_js
service <eai_js> [20896] started at Thu Sep 24 16:05:25 2020
