Performance Issue With 'quick Filter' Feature on List Masks (Doc ID 2717969.1)

Symptoms

Actual Behavior 

User reports issues using the 'Quick Filter' feature on list masks. on lists with a large amount data - many rows, just trying to type in text to filter is very bad, every character / the reaction from the javaclient is very slow and if user type too fast characters will be missed / ignored - also in many case it also didn't find any matches even when they are clearly visible.

Expected Behavior

Quick filler should not cause performance issue in java client.

Steps

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Pick any mask/list/multilevel structure with many open elements
2. Try to enter text in the 'Quick Filter' input box.
