Load to CAD Fails with Error: PLS-302: Component 'EXPAND_ROOT_DESIGN_MAIN' Must Be Declared (Doc ID 2718016.1)

Symptoms

Getting below error when attempting to perform Load to CAD:



ORA-06550: line 1, column 27:
PLS-00302: component 'EXPAND_ROOT_DESIGN_MAIN' must be declared
ORA-06550: line 1, column 7:PL/SQL: Statement ignored 6
ExceptionID 60086


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Log into Web Client as admin user
  2. Open Design object
  3. Do Actions > Load to CAD
  4. agilecad.xml file gets downloaded. Click the file.
  5. Agile Load Preview window shows up.
  6. "Structure Resolution Error" window pops up with the error message.
