Symptoms

On Unifier : Version 19.12.5.

When viewing a Pending Cost type Business Process (BP) record that utilizes a Schedule of Values (SOV):

Expected Result

A user with View permissions, who is a Record Editor, that has not been copied on the record, should be able to see the SOV option from the hamburger icon.

Actual Result

The SOV option is not seen in the drop-down list.
