Last updated on OCTOBER 08, 2020

Applies to:

Oracle Autovue for Agile Product Lifecycle Management - Version 21.0.2 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

'Page Number and Page Count' attribute are configured in Banners under viewer and files, but instead of displaying page number and count AutoVue is printing ‘%p of %n’ explicitly instead of ‘[p] of [n]’. This is happening with all printed documents.

Expected Behavior

The page number should show up at the bottom right corner as for example : 3 of 10 but it shows [p] of [n]

Steps to Reproduce

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1- In Java Client under System Settings, double-click Viewer & Files. The Viewer & Files window appears
2- Click the Banners tab to bring it forward.
3- Select: "Change Orders Banners and Watermarks" and open it
4- At the "Bottom Right Banner" field select the option :" Page Number and Page Count"
5- Add an a word docx attachment in a Change Order in Agile Web Client
6- Open the file in AutoVue 21.0.2 then select File--> Print Preview and notice that the "Page number and Page count" at the bottom right corner is printing as ‘%p of %n’ explicitly instead of ‘[p] of [n]’.
