Weather adapter script fails to import from CSV
The product weather adapter product_weatherDataAdapter.py fails to import data in a .csv format. It is giving the following error from the command line

File "/scratch/users/esb1/nms/product/220.127.116.11/bin/product_weatherDataAdapter.py", line 1088, in
forecastData = getForecastsFromCSV(conn)
File "/scratch/users/esb1/nms/product/18.104.22.168/bin/product_weatherDataAdapter.py", line 561, in getForecastsFromCSV
(profileKey,) = row.fetchone()
AttributeError: 'tuple' object has no attribute 'fetchone'
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Configured weather adapter to load from csv file
2. Run the product_weatherDataAdapter.py
