On : 2.4.0.1.0 version, Adapters

Weather adapter script fails to import from CSV

The product weather adapter product_weatherDataAdapter.py fails to import data in a .csv format.  It is giving the following error from the command line

Traceback (most recent call last):
  File "/scratch/users/esb1/nms/product/2.4.0.1/bin/product_weatherDataAdapter.py", line 1088, in
  forecastData = getForecastsFromCSV(conn)
  File "/scratch/users/esb1/nms/product/2.4.0.1/bin/product_weatherDataAdapter.py", line 561, in getForecastsFromCSV
  (profileKey,) = row.fetchone()
AttributeError: 'tuple' object has no attribute 'fetchone'

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Configured weather adapter to load from csv file
2. Run the product_weatherDataAdapter.py
