Goal

On utilizing the user sites protect patient and reporter confidentiality checkboxes, when users manually book in cases the CONFIDENTIAL
flag is correctly being set to '1' in the case_pat_info and case_reporters tables.
However, on accepting an E2B report the value is being set to NULL.
Is this expected behavior?
If it is expected behavior, what settings are available so this works the same as manual case book-in?
