Cannot Start Queue Management AG Service - Login Failed (Doc ID 2718568.1)

Symptoms

When user attempted to start AG Services in a recently installed Argus 8.2.2 environment all services run except Queue Management.

User also finds the error - Login for User 'oagsvr_queue_mgmnt' Failed.



Query of cfg_users table reveals this user in addition to other oagsvc_ users, and they all have the same password.
