On : 2.4.0.0.0 version, Web Workspace

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Damage Assessments not showing for events that have been completed long time ago

Once an event has been closed, any damage assessments associated with the event are no longer viewable when a user goes back to take a look at them. Setting the filter on the Damage Assessments tab to both 'All' and 'Complete' and even pressed the refresh button to reload the table and none were displayed.
