ORMB V2.9 Upgrade - Payment Upload Giving "Transaction Timed Out" Error (Doc ID 2718863.1)

Symptoms

On : 2.9.0.0.0 version, ENV - Environment

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Receive a Payment upload error, "Transaction timed out".

We were able to upload files with a smaller size (60 records) successfully on our UAT v2.9 environment. But when attempt to upload the file with 990 records on UAT we are getting the below error:
