Translation Form in Rms Returns Values from TOKEN Column Instead of RMS_NAME Column from DYNAMIC_HIER_TOKEN_MAP Table (Doc ID 2719119.1)

Symptoms

In Retail Merchandising System (RMS) Translation screen, when primary language is set to Spanish the List Of Values (LOV) for 'Entity to translate' field returns in some cases the values from TOKEN column instead of RMS_NAME column from DYNAMIC_HIER_TOKEN_MAP table .

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Update in SYSTEM_OPTIONS table, DATA_INTEGRATION_LANG with 4 (Spanish).
2. Ensure DYNAMIC_HIER_TOKEN_MAP table values are in Spanish (can copy from DYNAMIC_HIER_TOKEN_MAP_TL where lang = 4).
3. Enter Retail Merchandising System (RMS) ensuring above values setup and using Spanish as current session.
4. Enter 'Translation' screen from admin task menu item in Retail Merchandising System (RMS).
5. Click on 'Entidad para traducir' button and see variables instead of translated values.
