Symptoms

On environment running Billing and Revenue Management (BRM) 7.5 PS20 with Pricing Design Center (PDC) 11.2, when trying to submit a new system discount offer from PDC, the following errors are logged by BRE(Batch Rating Engine) Transformation Engine.
