IWS Call Not Working In MWM Via Http (Doc ID 2719388.1)

Symptoms

As part of our CCB 2.7 Upgrade, all of our custom XAI Inbound service are converted to IWS. However, a "Problem invoking sender: Internal Server Error, status code (500)" was returned when the IWS is called in MWM. We have chose to use HTTP instead of https.

Below is what we have done so far:
1. Updated the web service policy in CCB using EXT_MSG_CFG Feature Configuration with Default security policy of "policy:Wssp1.2-2007-Https-BasicAuth-NoTimestamp.xml"
2. Redeploy IWS and updated the deployments.

Tried testing from a SOAPUI and correct response is returned. No error on the response.
