Disable IWS security policy requiring timestamp
The default security policy for CCB 188.8.131.52 IWS (Wssp1.2-2007-Https-BasicAuth.xml) is requiring a timestamp when invoking webservices.
The customer is requesting if it is possible to invoke IWS which requires only Username and Password over HTTP without a Timestamp (Non SSL; No Timestamp) as to not change the current requests by 3rd party systems.
