MSS 6.3 | Unable To Find the EVC Circuits In ASR (Doc ID 2719919.1)

Symptoms

MSS 6.3.0 / ASR 60

While doing the search on an ASR  , no circuits are being returned and the user is getting message :

"No rows were found matching search criteria"



Expected Behavior :
================
The Circuit Search should bring in the correct results .


Steps
========

1-New ASR order generated using NEW FROM service request:
2-Open order created to modify for necessary changes:
3-Select EVC LIST from left side pane . This is to select circuit identification. Then click the change/disconnect button:
4-connection query pop-up box. Insert query information into appropriate fields:
5-Click Search after entering query information
The EXPECTED RESULT is to have circuit entered into the CKR field to return as the item being modified.

"No rows were found matching search criteria"

6-GLOBAL SEARCH using wild cards returns the same result. Global search with status of In Service: (search as LIKE %%)
7-Global Search using wild cards and NO STATUS also gives same result.

System returns no data for circuit queries. Circuits cannot be seen.

Changes

 Upgrade to MSS 6.3.0 //ASR  60
