Not all switch sheet data saving on state changes

Switch sheets in 2.5 aren't saving all modified data on a state change. The user must press the Save button.

Switching should be saving everything after a state change.

How to Repeat

  1. Create a Planned switching sheet.
  2. Navigate to the Request tab and fill in values for the fields on this tab.
Do not manually save the sheet.
  3. Navigate to the Tracking tab and transition the sheet to a new state.
  4. Close the switching sheet and open it again.
    Expected Results:
All of the entered values are shown.

    Previous Results:
Some of the fields on the Request tab were not automatically saved during the state transition of the sheet.
