FTP Process with Payment Schedule Records Fails with 'Child died with signal 11'

Symptoms
The FTP Process is failing when processing records with Payment Schedules. The same process ran successfully in previous months.
In the ofstp.xxxxxxx.log from $FIC_DB_HOME/log/FusionApps, the following errors exists:
Module Logging OFS errors: (905002) Child died with signal 11.
and
Module Logging OFS calculation module data: Child exited with return status 4, Child Status 1
If you run the FTP Process again using the Command Line format from $FIC_DB_HOME/bin, the following is output:

FATAL : Engine execution Failed
Finally, the following two errors exist in FSI_PROCESS_ERRORS:
Maturity date from record does not match schedule data.
and
No schedule found for record.
As a result, you cannot get your needed Transfer Rate results.
