Reports Queue Manager - Browser Hangs, Then 'Page Not Found' (Doc ID 272097.1)

 When I click on Report Queue Manager under the Admin module, the Internet Explorer window opens, and then hangs for about 5 minutes before the error "Page Not Found" is displayed.

Stopped and restarted the Report Service, the Report Queue Manager works very briefly.
Get the screen up and hit Refresh, it hangs again.
