The team has reported the following for ORMB:

1. All drop down widths should not be fixed. Operation has requested to keep the widths flexible so as to see the complete description of the drop down.

For example, account characteristic tab shows all characteristic description in fixed width.

2. All drop down descriptions should be sorted in alphabetical order.

For example, account characteristic tab shows all characteristic descriptions in random order. The system should sort drop down creation in alphabetical order.

Can an Enhancement Request (ER) be opened to address these issues?
