Narrative tag values are not screened for the available name on watchlist in TF (Doc ID 2721469.1)

Symptoms

The Narrative tag info is not getting screened even though the name is available in watchlist.

Steps to reproduce :

Step 1: Post the swift message which contains the name available in watchlist into a narrative tag through sanctionpost.jsp. [Refer below example swift message]
Step 2: Login to TFanalyst user and select the posted alert
Step 3: Check under the Match Summary section for narrative match data

Example Narrative tag swift message :

Narrative tag : 70:ARMS

Note : Narrative tag must contain the value which is available in watchlist, example stop keyword : ARMS

Actual result :

Narrative tag info is not getting screened

Expected result :

Narrative tag should be screened and data must be present under Match Summary section
