ECE Cloud Native: Pricing Updater Not In Ready State 0/1 (Doc ID 2721564.1)

Symptoms

After upgrading Elastic Charging Engine (ECE) Cloud Native Environment(CNE) to 12.0.0.3.0 version, when starting pricing updater pod the readiness remains in 0/1 while the state is running

See bellow snippet from output of "kubectl -n brm-applications describe pods" for pricingupdater pod:


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:


1. changed the value of pricingUpdater to 1
  pricingupdater:
  jmxport: ""
  replicas: 1
  coherenceMemberName: "pricingupdater"
  jmxEnabled: true

2. run helm upgrade ece oc-cn-ece-helm-chart-12.0.0.3.2-31848507 --namespace brm-applications

3. starting pricing updater pod
