Unresolved Appointment Report Not Displaying The Correct Date (Doc ID 2722066.1)

In RWMS schema, APPOINTMENT.APPT_END_TS is set to "19-OCT-2020 02:07:00" with +8 timezone.
However Unresolved Appointment Report shows the date as "18-OCT-2020" when displayed in PDF or HTML. If using XML or CSV the report displays the correct date "19-OCT-2020". Why?
