 Personalization screen showing blank when we click on Targeting & Segmentation link for project creation,but when we click on price list tab from drop down and again when we select on Targeting & Segmentation from drop down, then we can able see all the links in left nav

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1)Go to BCC home page
2)click on Targeting & Segmentation link on left nav for Personalization project creation
3)showing blank page

Users need to extra click to see the Targeting & Segmentation
