Goal

Qn: Is there an option to disable BRE Migration on Pricing Design Center Cloud Native 12.0 PS3 Environment (PDC CNE 12.0 PS3)?
In native non cloud PDC PS3(on premise) this can be done by setting skipBREMigration parameter to "true" in SyncPDC configuration file (SyncPDCConfiguration.xml)
