What does "No history information available" mean when using the "imsimta qm" command? (Doc ID 2722862.1)

Goal


When using the "imsimta qm" command to view queue contents, obtaining the history of some messages in the queue shows "No history information available".

Example:

qm.maint> history 100

Message id: 100
Filename: /opt/sun/comms/messaging64/data/queue/tcp_intranet/016/ZZl1KqnzHbdr1.HELD

Transport layer information:
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Envelope From: address: user2@domain2.com
Envelope To: addresses: @host.domain1.com:user1@mail.domain1.com

Message delivery history:
----------------------------------------------------------------------
No history information available

What does "No history information available" mean?
