Unable To Export OK 8.6.0 AnswerFlow To PDF

In the process of moving to Oracle Cloud. We need to export AnswerFlows to PDF so they can be converted to AI or Guided Assist. This functionality is not working.
The Answerflow log shows the following message being thrown:
The URI "http://<serverdomain>:80/AnswerFlowEditor/resources/images/icons/node/svg/start24x24.svg" on element can't be opened because:
JDK URL is corrupt or unsupported variant
