How to Update the Status of a Policy Stuck in "In Process" Status (Doc ID 2724460.1)

On : version, Processing

Because of dynamic logic errors, some policies were stuck in the status "In Process".   The dynamic logic error was fixed but now the policies cannot be "released" to continue the processing path.
How do you "re-process" a policy that it's stuck in the "In Process" status?
