Promotions on BCC Trigger Error Modal "Cannot read property 'xxxx' of null" In Commerce 11.3.2 (Doc ID 2724534.1)

Symptoms

After applying 11.3.2 fixpack 0.6 or fixpack 0.7, attempts to work with promotions triggers a pop-up error modal. The modal contains a message similar to the following:

Error in RestOperation /atg/remote/assetmanager/editor/service/AssetEditorServiceActor.getAsset result handler: error= TypeError: Unable to process binding "template: function(){return { name:assetViewNavigator().template,data:assetViewNavigator()} }" Message: Unable to process binding "ojComponent: { component:'ojTabs',optionChange:onTabChange.bind($data),destroy:onOjTabsDestruction.bind($data),selected:$data.assetViewIndex(),}" Message: Unable to process binding "foreach: function(){return panelInfos }" Message: Unable to process binding "foreach: function(){return $parent.assetViewPanels() }" Message: Unable to process binding "if: function(){return $data.viewPanelIndex === $parentContext.$index() }" Message: Unable to process binding "template: function(){return { name:$data.viewPanel.template,data:$data.viewPanel} }" Message: Unable to process binding "ifnot: function(){return hideViewContentsInMultiEdit }" Message: Unable to process binding "foreach: function(){return propertyCategoryStates }" Message: Unable to process binding "foreach: function(){return $data.propertyEditorsList }" Message: Unable to process binding "template: function(){return {name:$data.template,data:$data} }" Message: Unable to process binding "ojComponent: { component:'ojInputDate',value:propertyValue,keyboardEdit:'enabled',disabled:isDisabled,converter:formatConverter,messagesCustom:(customMessages().length > 0) ? customMessages():null,invalidComponentTracker:componentTracker}" Message: Cannot read property 'createConverter' of null
