Transaction Details Screen throwing Server Error on Broadcast (Doc ID 2724689.1)

Symptoms

On : 2.8.0.0.0 version

In Transaction Details UI, when user clicks on broadcast a server error pop up is thrown.
This issue exists for transactions with any status like ERROR, UPLOED, IGNORED etc.

ERROR

The server has encountered a problem. Your request cannot be processed Please try again.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Uploaded a transaction file through FRT;
2. Go to Transaction Details UI -> Search for transactions;
3. Search result displays transaction records. Click 'Broadcast' against any of the record.
