ENV_ID on Installation and ENVIRONMENT_ID in the ENVIRON.INI (Doc ID 2724694.1)

On : version, IP - Installation Upgrade Proc

In ORMB 2.2, as part of post refresh, a reset of f1_installation env_id was needed and then update all tables. If not done, application used to throw some errors.
In ORMB 2.8, fresh framework and app install uses its own environment id and upgraded database has a different/old environment id. No errors observed with out having both in sync.

Please confirm if there is any dependency between what is in ENVIRON.INI and database need to match or does not matter?

[root@<machine_name> etc]# cat ENVIRON.INI | grep ENVIRONMENT_ID
[root@<machine_name> etc]#

SQL> select env_id from f1_installation;
