Store Order Multiple In Item Loc Ranging Is Getting Default from Item Master Inspite of Getting Input (Doc ID 2724790.1)

Symptoms

For a particular item (having store order multiple as E in item master), whatever be the store order multiple entered by the user in screen(Case) while ranging to a location, it get ranged to E (which is getting defaulted from Item master table).
Example is:
For a particular Item I1, if store Order multiple in Item Master table is E(Eaches).
While ranging that Item I1 to particular location L1 from RMS(Retail Merchandising System) front end screen(user interface), if a user gives Store Order multiple as case, then inspite of giving case as store order multiple, it comes in item_loc table as E(Eaches).

Steps to replicate the issue:

  1. Login to RMS user interface.
  2. Go to Item screen.
  3. Search for a particular Item I1, with store order multiple in Item Master table as E(Eaches).
  4. Range that item I1 to particular location L1 from RMS front end screen,with a store order multiple as value case.
  5. It will be noticed that the ranging is made to eaches.
