Goal

 
1. If BOR is created in the UI - then it can only be edited via the UI and adding assemblies, etc can only happen via the UI
  -- Is Oracle planning for any changes so that the BOR can be edited from UI and dat file irrespective of the way in which they are created?

2. We see that BOR defined in the UI does not carry an Instance_ID, but loading via DAT files requires using the instance code  - is that a problem?

3. How do we manage purging records? Is there a program that will manage these records.
