Error "Unable to save changes / Failed saving data" When Attempting to Save a Portfolio Filter (Doc ID 2725338.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to create and save a Portfolio Filter, the following error occurs.

Unable to save changs

Failed saving data

 

The issue can be reproduced at will using the following steps:

  1. Select Manage Portfolios.
  2. Select a portfolio and create two rules.
  3. Click Save.
  4. Observe the reported error.
