Few cases are not created in EDQ Case management (Doc ID 2725582.1)

Goal

To identify the root cause of the issue on why the case is not created for few scenarios as below.

Scenario:

MUHAMMAD BILAL is showing in real time screening but the alert is not generated in EDQ Case management

Muhammad is the first name and Bilal is the last name.

Steps to reproduce: 

Step 1 : Login to EDQ director 

Step 2 : Run the Customer screening real time service under jobs section in CS project dxi.

Step 3 : Make sure the service is up and running currently.

Step 4 : Open Customer screening from EDQ launchpad and check matches for Muhammad bilal in individual.

Step 5 : Open case management from EDQ launchpad and check for the same name 

Expected results: 

Case must be created for MUHAMMAD BILAL 

Actual result: 

Case is not created for MUHAMMAD BILAL

Observation: 

2 different source system has been used for case creation every time.

In real time the matches are displayed as below.
