Symptoms

Setting up a new AG service for Audit Log Export.
Setup was done correctly.
When the services were restarted, getting the below error in AG logs:

03-Nov-2020, 14:43:22 >> Audit Log Export > "C:\Program Files\Oracle\Argus\Argus Safety\AGProc.exe Audit Log Export AUDIT LOG EXPORT" Failed with Error: -2147467259

03-Nov-2020, 14:43:22 >> Audit Log Export > "C:\Program Files\Oracle\Argus\Argus Safety\AGProc.exe Audit Log Export AUDIT LOG EXPORT" stopped
