Symptoms

During Auto Archival of cases, getting the below error appearing in [Utilities] - Logs - View Error Log (Also present in CMN_ERROR_LOG when queried directly from SQL)

********************************************************************************************************************************************
PKG_CONSOLE_SYS_CONFIG.P_AUTO_ARCHIVE :- AUTO ARCHIVING:-1407:ORA-01407: cannot update (ARGUS_APP.CASE_EVENT_ASSESS.LAM_ASSESSED) to NULL:

3167 PKG_CONSOLE_SYS_CONFIG.P_AUTO_ARCHIVE_ALL

********************************************************************************************************************************************

This appears to be similar to Bug 13657524 - AUTO-ARCHIVING WILL TERMINATE IF A CASE CONTAINS A DELETED UNCODED EVENT - However this was addressed in earlier code 7.0.2. (Currently using 8.2.2)

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Configure Auto-Archiving via [Argus Console] > [System Configuration] > System Management (Common Profile Switches) > Case Processing > Auto-Archiving
2. Add a manually created Advanced Condition to select cases, paste the SQL for the AC from external source e.g. MSWord

3. If Advanced Condition contains special characters, line feeds or carriage returns this will result in the above failure message when Auto Archive job runs.
