Reports Not Transmitting To Licensing Mailbox

Information in this document applies to any platform.
Report transmission is not happening in CIOMS in a timely manner.
There is delay of hours after generation and transmission.
1. From bulk reporting screen select a CIOMS report which is already generated and approved and then transmit it.
2. Go to Worklist > Bulk Transmit and see the status of report transmitted in step 1 shows as 'Pending'.
3. Check the Bulk Transmit Email AG service log and notice that the process is started but does not finish.
