"ICSR?????????????????????????????" Error Appear When Attempt to Mark Report as Submitted (Doc ID 2726604.1)

Symptoms

The following error appear when attempt to mark report as submitted.

ICSR?????????????????????????????

 

Steps to repeat:

1) Go to Argus Console > Code Lists > Argus > Action Type
2) Add new action type and name is as example: "PMDA Incomplete Report"
3) Then go to Argus Console > System Configuration > System Management (Common Profile Switches) > Argus J > Reporting
4) Select "PMDA Incomplete Report" for Follow-Up Action Item for Incompletion Report Submission
5) Set due in 99 days
6) Save and close Argus Console
7) Create a new case
8) Enter all necessary data for PMDA reporting in the case
9) Schedule and generate report to P.M.D.A reporting agency
10) Open the report details screen
11) Mark the report as approve
12) Mark the report as submitted
13) "ICSR????????????????????????????? error appear
