JETUI OIG: After Upgrade, UI Only Works Properly When Using Incognito Tab (Doc ID 2726758.1)

Symptoms

After the upgrade to 3.20.3, the JetUI for OIG is not working properly.  Sometimes the UI will not open and displays a 404 error. Other times, the UI will open but some functionalities do not work.  When this happens, the only way to have a completely functional UI is using an incognito tab.
