On : 2.7.0.3.0 version, Installation and Patching

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
XSL file is not found in the system in C2M. However the file is present in the server.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The XSL file should be present both in C2M and Server.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. go to Inbound market message;
2. Click Reprocess, the market message is going to exception;
3. Notice the missing file.
