RFI Deployment Failure for PayTerm & CurrencyRate Integration (Doc ID 2726954.1)

Symptoms

After installing Oracle Retail Financial Integration (16.0.2 or 16.0.3) with Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) for integration with Cloud Financial (CFIN), its deployment is failing in weblogic console with below error and not getting active:

Unable to deploy EJB: <RFIDomain>/servers/rfissl_server/tmp/_WL_user/retail-financial-integration-ear-16.0.2.ear/j6tzvh/retail-financial-integration-cfin-impl-16.0.2.jar from retail-financial-integration-cfin-impl-16.0.2.jar:
Could not find an EJB named PayTermBusinessEventHandlerBean while parsing the assembly-descriptor
Caused By: weblogic.ejb.container.deployer.DeploymentDescriptorException: Could not find an EJB named PayTermBusinessEventHandlerBean while parsing the assembly-descriptor

Similar failure is also thrown for currencyRateBusinessEventHandlerBean.
